As the Pastoral Council, we desire to promote spiritual awareness for all parishioners and guests of the St. Cecilia Parish. The purpose of the Pastoral Council is to counsel the pastor in the area of pastoral activities; including identifying the needs of the parish, helping him plan programs and activities, and to evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and services.
The Council consists of 6 parishioners, and the pastor, and they meet bi-monthly. The Parish Council members serve a three-year term, rotating 2 new members each year to replace the outgoing 2 members.
